i know it's been a while but 2010 is definitely a great year. some minor bumps and bruises here and there but sooooo much better then 2009. 2009 i was very confused...about everything but we won't dread on that.
basically i lost my identity in that year but now it's a new year and i'm back.
the nimbus cloud lp will be dropping next month. i gotta start the recording process this week because i plan to drop it the next time i host an open mic which is october 16th.
you can check out the cover if your my friend on facebook. i'll post it in the blog post later, my friends laur and jess did a great job.
just giving you guys and gals an update for those who still read my blog.

Time Travel to tell Lauryn Hill about the fall of the industry and ending that andriod nicki minaj's reign of terror

If time travel was super-uber possible. i'd pull a future trunks and go back in time to meet with lauryn hill, give her some of my dope beats and make an album for the future that would crush weak femcees careers. (I.E. Nicki Minaj aja Android 25).
I know i know it sounds like i'm hating but her music....look i respect her as an individual but as an emcee...not even close.
she gives no hope to great female rappers and singers alike. she's not setting a good examples for girls who look up to her. i mean of course they never ever show a persons good side i'm sure she has donated to charities and all that good shit but....her music man..it's like...poison.
anyway....if i could time travel, i would tell her that, around the year 2007. an andriod named Nicki Minaj is born and she's suppose to be becoming the best femcee in the rap game...crushing all that stand in her way...IT'S HORRIBLE MS. HILL it's horrible.

I know it's been a minute
Good Morning-Afternoon,
To all my blog readers:
What's up, What it is, Hello, Salutations, and all that.....
I'm working on my first lp and i'm very excited about dropping it this year. for those of you who follow me on twitter (twitter.com/inspirmentalist) or have heard my latest beat tape, you know that i'm dropping a project called The Nimbus Cloud. i call it The Nimbus Cloud because this musical journey will be sorta like how goku on Dragonball flys the nimbus around the dragonball world. it won't be your typical hip-hop project. it'll be a mix of emo-rap, easy-listening music, soul, a bit of jazz, things around that area. i don't have a specific drop date yet but i'm going to try to have it out before my 24th birthday which is in august. so sometime this summer.
In the mean time, i hope all of my followers, friends, fans, and listeners have been bumping all of my beat tapes. for those of you who have not had the chance to download and listen to them, i'll post them in this blog at the end.
Other then working on beats, writing lyrics and everything. i've been ok, i've been job hunting like crazy since i'm unfortunately broke and unemployed at the moment. it freaking sucks. i am however heading back to school this year so i'll probably end up broke again anyway lol. i plan on attending the Art Institute of Philadelphia for the Audio Production Program. i soooooo hope i get accepted, i wanna go to this school....badly.

Valentine's Day...

Valentine's Day? what did i do?....NOT A DAMN THING! lol
i just chilled, got a couple text messages from a couple girls i know.
i probably would have had spent it with someone but things didn't work out the way god planned.
to be honest, my mind state right now got me thinking that relationships are just stepping stones...until you find that one you call your own.

2 Project Goals: The Nimbus Cloud Mixtape/ Secluded Sounds & Scrolls
Good Morning-Afternoon,
I know i ain't drop a post in a minute but, to all my peoples/fans/supporters. i'm alive....
i've been through some struggles in 09. laid off, having to move back to my hometown where careers range from being in retail, the mall, or a fast-food joint. i realize that for 2010 i got to be a better person. i've made quite a few mistakes in my life and i realize i've learned a lot from them. i've said a lot of hurtful things to people, isolated myself, & pushed folks away. i'm dropping 2 projects this year....that's one of my main goals. whatever goals i decided to create they'll just have to come to me.

Jobless....
Good Morning-Afternoon folks,
yea so i decided to quit my recent job because i can't focus at work. i decided i want to head back to school next spring and retake some courses i got d's in when i was attending devry.
yea yea, i got a degree already but one things for sure i want to get my certification in audio and in windows. so i gotta make that move and get my grades up.
it was probably not the best move to go work in retail after my 5 weeks of group therapy. but i got a little check coming in for x-mas shopping.
secluded sounds vol. 3 will be coming out on new years day, i promise to whoever maybe reading this right now. after this project an album will be dropping sometime in 2010.
2010 will be the year of great things, good beats, and glorious adventures.
